You can pay with any credit card valid for Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

For simple and independent management of your subscription, we recommend signing up for the service directly via our online store. If you have any specific requirements or need a personalised offer with payment by bank transfer, you can contact us by calling +39 0942 793988, Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, or you can send an email to accounting@xdevel.com. One of our representatives will provide you with all the information you need to proceed.

Yes, you can manage your plan directly from the ‘Manage Plan’ section within the Mediasender platform. You will be able to upgrade your plan and add addons.

You can stop the automatic renewal at any time by logging into the XdevelOne panel using your credentials. If necessary, you can perform a password recovery via the password recovery function. Once you are logged in, from the main dashboard, remove the tick on the ‘Automatically renew’ option.

The annual subscription provides for a one-off payment at the time of subscription, regardless of the payment method chosen. For the monthly subscription, payment will be made every 30 days.

Taking out an annual subscription allows you to avoid worries and service interruptions. If, however, you prefer the monthly subscription, don't worry: you will receive an email notification 3 days before the expiry date. You can still check when your plan will expire in the Mediasender Dashboard.
